Personal trainer since 2009, specializes in weight loss, muscle building, weight training, and overall transformation of mind, body, and soul. Jessica is an IFBB Pro Olympia athlete (International Federation of Bodybuilding & Fitness) that has been in the bodybuilding industry for 11 years; competing since 2007. She's believes that through health/fitness, one can progress in all parts of life. “A positive attitude and healthy way of life spills over into vital areas, such as families, careers, relationships, potential dreams, achievements, and overall a healthy body. Most times the journey begins with the mind, so by working towards finding the connections between all three (mind, body, soul), we can accomplish anything!”
